JX-W-01 Non-toxic Ca-Zn composite stabilizer
Introduction:
JX-W-01 non-toxic calcium/zinc compound stabilizer has good light & thermo stability, good transparency and good dispersion. Moreover, the initial coloration is good; it has the synergistic effect with epoxidized soybean oil and has a good effect. It is mainly applicable for non-toxic rigid PVC extrusion, non-conventional PVC, and water pipe extrusion.

According to the different equipments and the molds, suggests add 3.6-4.0 phr in each 100 phr PVC resin, suggest the high speed mixture temperature between 118℃ and 130℃.
